Position Description: Company: Chubb Insurance Location: Whitehouse Station, NJ Job Type: Full Time Job Categories: Insurance Managers and coaches will work with their trainees to: Cultivate relationships with insurance agents and brokers in order to learn more about their clients' needs and to encourage them to submit business that meets Chubb's underwriting standards. Investigate, evaluate and analyze a diverse group of potential clients to determine if they meet Chubb's selection criteria. Learn the clients' business well enough to develop appropriate terms, conditions and prices for the insurance contracts. Negotiate with insurance agents and brokers in a way that meets the clients' needs, while also achieving a profit for Chubb. Candidates must be fully mobile anywhere in the U.S. upon successful completion of training.
